Limit of Liability:

If film is lost of damaged by Oscar's Photo Lab or any associated company, it will be replaced with unexposed film. Except for such replacement, film will be accepted for processing or printing without warranty, guarantee, or any other liability of any kind.

Copyright: Customer warrants that by asking Oscar's Photo Lab to reproduce any copyrighted material purchaser has

1. obtained written permission from the copyright owner to reproduce, distribute, and display such work, or
2. will not sell or use the reproductions in any manner which infringes on copyright laws.

Further, purchaser agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Oscar's Photo Lab for all related costs resulting from any claim or lawsuit against Oscar's Photo Lab for copyright infringement.
